I ordered this product after being tired of getting 1 or 2 shaves out of my disposable razors, I have very coarse facial hair so they become dull rather quickly. Using this product provided the closest shave I’ve ever had from a disposable razor. At first I wasn’t sure how a silicone pad would be able to sharpen a razor blade but after going through several packs of disposable razors per month, I realized that I needed to try something new. So far, I’ve been using the Blade Buddy for 5 months now and I’m still able to use my same razor. To be honest, I didn’t think it would work but it has. I haven’t had to buy another razor since.

In May I bought a Blade Buddy about the same time I got my Gillette Pro Glide razor. Now it’s mid September and the Gillette Pro Glide is still shaving great after 4 months. I looooove my Blade Buddy. My Gillette twin blade used to last me one week. At the end of this month, my current razor will have been used for TWO months and is still going strong. I like that it’s quick and easy to clean, and also the rubber feet at the bottom keep it from sliding around when using it. It’s a truly great product.
